- Handling of Floral Pieces: Only authorized movers and members of the Bee Floral Events setup team are permitted to move or relocate floral pieces, vases, and decor items. This restriction is in place to prevent accidental damage and ensure the precise placement of each element according to our design specifications.
- Damage Responsibility: Any damage incurred to floral arrangements, vases, or decor items during the event will result in the responsible party being charged repair fees or the full amount required to remake the items, depending on the extent of the damage. This policy applies to clients, guests, and event staff who are not part of the Bee Floral Events team.
- Guidance for Clients and Attendees: We kindly ask our clients to inform their guests and event staff about the restrictions on handling floral pieces. Clear signage may also be provided at the event venue to remind attendees of these guidelines and ensure compliance.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In cases where it is absolutely necessary to move or relocate floral pieces due to unforeseen circumstances, such as emergency situations or venue requirements, clients or event organizers must seek approval from the Bee Floral Events team before taking any action. We will work closely with the responsible party to minimize the risk of damage and ensure the smooth execution of the event.
